Surface Disinfection: Questions - FAQs
1) Note: Minimum charge for all emirates except Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi is 2500 AED.
Minimum charge is 500 AED for Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

Surface/Room Disinfection
The team will have their personal protective equipment (PPE): Mask, shoe cover and gloves.
1.) Automated 360 Disinfection Foggers set to 7-8 minutes per area (Based on the size of the area) to apply water based disinfection.
2.) Cold ULV Fogger to unreachable areas to apply water based disinfection.
3.) Wiping of high touch points like door handles and switches not the entire house.
Ensure all waste products are collected and disposed properly.

Surface/Room Steaming
The team will have their personal protective equipment (PPE): Mask, shoe cover and gloves.
They will do steaming with 180 degree with water.

The team will have their personal protective equipment (PPE): Mask, shoe cover and gloves.
1.) Automated 360 Disinfection Foggers set to 7-8 minutes per area (Based on the size of the area) to apply water based disinfection.

1) If customer asked, what is the product/ Machine names?
1- Anosan Eco (German) (a ratio of 7:1 - 7 parts water to 1 part Anosan Eco - it has a content that disinfect and sanitize the surface).
2- Anosan+ (German) (a ratio of 7:1 - 7 parts water to 1 part Anosan. It has a content that disinfect and sanitize the surface & the air). (If he will do Surface disinfection for Covid-19 cases).
3- B&G flex-a-lite 2600 fogger (American) (Sanitizer Machine)
4- Fogg-Pro 360 (Indian) (Sanitizer Machine)
5- Polti Cimex (Italian) (Steaming)

The treatment is chemical free water-based product

Areas to be treated for surface disinfection should be vacated during the treatment and can only be re-occupied after 15 minutes from the completion of the disinfection treatment.

Covering all fire & smoke detectors in areas where needed.

For high-touchpoint areas, such as door handles, lift buttons, etc., these areas are to be manually wiped using microfiber cloths.

The team will clear all protective sheeting and remove plastic covers from smoke detectors
