Deep Cleaning: Question - FAQs
1) Note: Minimum charge for all emirates except Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi is 2500 AED.

2) When should I send inspection directly?
A) If there is construction or Renovation that happened recently as condition of the house may change
B) If it is more than 5 rooms.
C) If it is in one of the following locations: Dubai Hills (club villas & gulf groves communities only) , Nad Al Hamar, Nad Al Shiba, Emirates Hills, Al Safa, Jumeriah 1,2,3, Al Warqa, Mohamed Bin Rashid City, Lantana Community, Green Community, Al Rashidya, Al Khwaneej, Jumeirah Park and One at Palm Jumeirah.
You can ask: May I know number of areas like Kitchen, bathrooms, corridors... etc.?
to put in the additional comments in CF for the inspector.

Direct Bookings Guides:

  1. Clients who have done Deep Cleaning in the same property (Standard or Non-Standard Area)
  • Review Client History: Check all previous bookings and notes for the client.
  • Confirm Property Size: Verify the number of areas cleaned previously.
  • Provide Quote: Prepare and share the accurate quote with the client.
  • Proceed with Booking: Book the DC directly once confirmed.
  • Pay Attention to Previous Details:
  1. Scaffolding
  2. Areas or rooms that were excluded
  3. Any other previous challenges

Proactive Communication:Inform the client in advance if any special arrangements are required based on historical notes.

2. If the client wants to book cleaning ASAP1- Ask the client to share a video of the property and the build-up area:
  • Ask the client to share a clear video for the full property.
  • Share the video on Cliq Channel "#UAE Real-time Technical Support" and mention DC Supervisor to provide manpower and duration needed for you to price based on the calculator.

Proactive Communication: "Please share a quick video of the areas you’d like cleaned, including any spots that need extra attention or hard-to-reach spaces. This will help us provide an estimated quote without scheduling an inspection."

  • The quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

  • The client or an authorized representative must be present for the final handover. Otherwise, the service will be considered completed with no further obligation to The Healthy Home.

  • Water and electricity must be connected at the property.

  • The team will re-inspect the property before starting. Any changes from the initial inspection may affect the price.

  • No contractors may be present during the service. The Healthy Home may cancel the job, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.

  • No service guarantee is provided if construction continues during or after the cleaning.

  • Furniture items, including sofas, curtains, carpets, and chandeliers, are excluded.

  • The team is not responsible for moving furniture. If requested by the client, The Healthy Home will not be liable for related complaints or damage.

  • Kitchen appliances are excluded but may be booked as chargeable add-ons.

  • The team will not empty cabinets, drawers, or closets.

  • Light fixtures will be cleaned up to a maximum height of 3.5 metres.

  • External windows and glass doors will be cleaned up to a maximum height of 7 metres.

  • Complete stain or mark removal cannot be guaranteed due to age or condition, including elevator glue, stainless-steel marks, outdoor stains, and sticker marks on glass frames.

  • If added to the scope, outdoor walls will be cleaned using pressure washing and brushing only. Stain removal is not included.


Drain Line Jetting: Up-sell

  • Use high-pressure water and advanced equipment to remove clogs, waste buildup, and debris from the internal pipeline network.

  • Start from the top floor and clean:

    • Sinks

    • Showers and bathtubs

    • Kitchen drainpipes

    • External manholes

  • Check that water flows smoothly through all treated drains.

  • Secure all fittings, clean the work area, and confirm proper operation.

Service Notes:

  • Repairs and drain line maintenance are not included.

  • No chemicals or acids are used.


Disclaimer:

If the blockage is due to hard roots, metal, or any stubborn particles, Hydro Jetting may not be effective in removing it, as it is designed for soft to moderate clogs only.

Important Notes – Drain Line Jetting Service

  1. Standalone Service & Add-On Service For Deep Cleaning 
     This can be a standalone service; it can be booked as an upsell with Deep Cleaning, similar to how Drain Hole Cleaning is linked to Safe Pest Control.

  2. Standard Villas (Up to 5 Bedrooms)
     Can be directly added to quotes/bookings using the line item available in Zuper, Zecommerce, or Zoho Quote Creator. Just search: "Drain Line Jetting".

  3. Non-Standard Villas (More than 5 Bedrooms)
     Requires inspection. Inspection can be done by the Inspection Team or Deep Cleaning Team (Avoid assigning Pest Control for this inspection as it's an add-on to DC).

  4. Apartments (Up to 5 Bedrooms)
    Can be directly added to quotes/bookings using the line item available in Zuper, Zecommerce, or Zoho Quote Creator. Just search: "Drain Line Jetting".

  5. Booking the Inspection
    Book under "DC Assessment" in the system.
    In the notes section, clearly mention:

    • The client is interested in Drain Line Jetting

    • The number of rooms in the property

Deep Cleaning: Cross-sell

  • Removal of old and damaged grout and mould with specialized equipment and tools
  • Cleaning of the area with a vacuum and environmentally friendly solutions 
  • Carefully applying the new epoxy grout with your selected color to the gaps between your tiles
  • Final cleaning of the grout and tiles

Pricing
For pricing, the Admin Team will not yet have a system in place to calculate the prices. The reports will be fully based on the inspection report provided by Amin and Zia, which will include the estimated pricing, job duration, required manpower, and scope of work.
